I wanted to check in before I head off to Louisville tomorrow for Masters Nats. The big news over the last couple days is the Tour of Colorado being announced via the article in Velonews. It's not official but it's no secret that the race is in the works for a while now. I'm so stoked it's not even funny. I believe it's going to be sponsored by Quizno's. It sounds like Lance, the State of Colorado and the awesome folks at Medalist have an eight day race planned for next year. It'll be interesting to start hearing about the planned route.... This is going to be good!

So, it's been a great summer so far. I had this week off and just spent my time here riding. I actually put in 12 hours on the bike this week and am starting to feel fit.

That feeling will be temprary though, as I'm back on the road again, which is cool with me, I love working! I have been to Kentucky for Nats a few years in a row and I'm really looking forward to being back. This year I get to work with Todd Gogulski. He's a great guy who' had some really impressive success lately and I can't wait to spend the week with him. There's a lot of great guys who contest these races, so I'm looking forward to an entertaining week. The folks at USA Cycling have been great to work for this year. I'm headed to USPRO Crit in Glenco IL the week after. First time there and I really want to kill it!
